Handmade Item Policy

All Ami Mochi scrunchies are handmade in small batches.
Slight variations in colour, size, or texture are part of the natural crafting process and not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

2. Provide your order number and photos

3. We will arrange a replacement or refund
