All orders are handmade and shipped from Japan.

Processing Time

Ami Mochi scrunchies are handcrafted in small batches.

In-stock items: ship in 1–3 business days

Made-to-order items: ship in 3–7 business days (available for up to 5 pieces per design)

For larger quantities, corporate gifting, or wholesale orders,
please contact us directly before purchasing so we can confirm production time.

Japan

- Flat-rate shipping: ¥185

- Free shipping on orders over ¥7,000

International Shipping

- Flat-rate international shipping: ¥1,900

- Free shipping on international orders over ¥9,800

Orders are shipped from Japan.
Tracking will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control.
Please contact us if your parcel appears delayed — we’ll assist you as much as possible.
